We analyzed how demand for field photography workshops varies between seasons. Instead of promising a one-size-fits-all solution, we documented what works in practice: limiting groups to six people during peak season, adjusting start times based on sunrise, and abandoning overly ambitious routes when the weather doesn't cooperate. We tested this flow for two seasons and observed a decrease in last-minute cancellations and better resource utilization. Practical decisions, such as setting a 48-hour confirmation deadline, reduced confusion. The material also includes a list of the limitations we encountered: equipment carrying capacity, unpredictable weather conditions, and editing time after each session. This is not a guarantee of success, but an honest account of what we learned.
